On March 25, 2025, Rep. Roy addressed potential actions against judges who he believes are undermining the presidency during an appearance on Fox News. He stated that "We ought to look at [impeachment], we ought to look at jurisdiction-stripping, we ought to look at every option that needs to be addressed about judges that are actively taking steps to try to undermine the presidency," emphasizing a need for accountability within the judiciary.

Later that day, Rep. Roy promoted his proposed SAVE Act (HR 22) via Twitter. The act aims to enhance voter registration integrity by requiring proof of citizenship and allowing states to remove non-citizens from voter rolls. He urged support for the legislation by stating: "Let’s pass the SAVE Act and ensure that ONLY Americans vote in our elections."

On March 26, 2025, Rep. Roy further elaborated on the SAVE Act during an interview with Will Cain. He described the bill as straightforward: “The bill is pretty simple. It just simply says you've got to demonstrate with documentary proof of citizenship that you're a citizen the next time you're going through the cycle of your registration process...” This comment highlights his focus on ensuring electoral processes remain secure and transparent.
