Rep. Chip Roy, representing Texas's 21st district in the U.S. Congress, shared several tweets on March 6, 2025, expressing his views on various issues concerning justice and election integrity.

In a tweet posted at 18:27 UTC, Rep. Roy criticized certain members of the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland. He stated during an appearance at Heritage that "The radical progressives that were at the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland, including Kristen Clark, were targeting pro lifers intentionally, purposely and with the highest of charges by looping in conspiracy into it. They did it on purpose."

Later that day at 19:02 UTC, Rep. Roy addressed immigration enforcement concerns related to an individual released from ICE custody under President Biden's administration. He mentioned that this person was "WANTED for a January 2025 sexual assault charge in Bexar County." He thanked Texas Department of Public Safety (@TxDPS) for their role in maintaining safety in San Antonio.

At 19:57 UTC on the same day, Rep. Roy discussed the SAVE Act and its implications for election integrity. In his view, "We've got to SAVE our elections... This bill... would prevent illegal aliens or people who are non-citizens from voting in American elections... having integrity in our elections is common sense."
