Cornyn highlighted his past collaboration with McMahon during the pandemic, emphasizing their joint efforts to assist Texas' small businesses. He expressed confidence in her ability to work alongside President Trump to provide quality education nationwide.
"Linda McMahon and I collaborated closely during the pandemic to support Texas’ small businesses, and I know in this new capacity she will work with President Trump to ensure every student in Texas and across the country has access to a quality education free of radical woke policies," said Cornyn. "I was glad to support her confirmation and look forward to working with her."
