At the same time, another tweet was published criticizing the Department of Justice's prosecution of Dr. Haim for exposing surgeries on minors. It reads: "NEW: Rep. Later that day at 21:18 UTC, Rep. Roy addressed fiscal concerns within his party during an appearance with Liz Wheeler.
