Rep. Chip Roy Press Office has been vocal on social media regarding several political issues. On November 19, 2024, Rep. Roy addressed a range of topics from sanctioning the International Criminal Court (ICC) to concerns about evidence preservation in legal cases.

On November 19, 2024, Rep. Chip Roy criticized Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer for allegedly avoiding sanctions against the ICC during the political season. "Schumer was hiding from [sanctioning the ICC] during political season. He didn't want to give us any kind of a win, but let's put pressure on him." Rep. Roy called for renewed efforts in the Senate to pass his bill targeting what he describes as an "illegitimate criminal court."

Later that day, Rep. Roy commented on issues related to crime and judicial leniency at 19:56 UTC. "There are countless examples of career criminals – with lengthy rap sheets/open cases - given several second chances only to commit MORE crime by leftist DAs, judges, and politicians." He highlighted this as another reminder of a lax system and urged for stronger law enforcement measures.

In another tweet at 21:09 UTC, Rep. Roy expressed concerns over potential destruction of evidence related to specific prosecutions under the FACE Act and other matters involving the "DC Five." "They better not be shredding evidence of the DC Five or FACE Act prosecutions..." He noted that instructions had been sent to the Department of Justice (DOJ) last month to ensure evidence preservation.
