Rep. Roger Williams, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas' 25th district, recently shared his views and legislative activities through a series of tweets. Williams, who has been serving since 2013, continues to engage with national issues and policies.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Williams expressed gratitude towards President Biden in a tweet: "Thank you, @POTUS! Together we will Make America Great Again."

Later that day, he announced the passage of the China Financial Threat Mitigation Act of 2025 in committee. In his words: " The China Financial Threat Mitigation Act of 2025 unanimously passed committee. Our priority should always be protecting American values." He highlighted the bipartisan nature of the bill co-led by Representative Josh Gottheimer.

On March 6, 2025, Williams reported on a meeting with Elon Musk and House GOP members focused on government efficiency. He tweeted: "Last night, @elonmusk met with @HouseGOP to discuss our ongoing fight to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government." Williams emphasized ending financial support for what he described as a "woke un-American agenda."
