Rollingwood home valuations fell in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Rollingwood fell by $299,469 while total valuation decreased by 57.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $976,431 - a 23.5 percent decrease from the $1,275,900 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Rollingwood in the first half of 2021.
