The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Roger Williams, Roger Williams for U.S. Congress Committee, refunded $3,900 to Luther J. King Jr. on July 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Roger Williams for U.S. Congress Committee has refunded $4,400 total since Feb. 1.
