The University Interscholastic League announced on Apr. 12 the selection of the 2026 UIL Soccer State All-Tournament Teams, as chosen by the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches. The list includes outstanding high school soccer players from across Texas in both girls and boys divisions, spanning Conferences 4A through 6A and Division I and II categories.
These annual selections recognize athletes who have shown exceptional performance during the state tournament. Players named to each team represent a variety of schools and positions, with one player in each division marked as championship game Most Valuable Player (MVP), an honor selected by media representatives.
Among those recognized are Ryleigh Stifflemire from Celina (Conference 4A-DI Girls MVP), Angel Cervantes Calvillo from Waco La Vega (Conference 4A-DI Boys MVP), Emma Durkin from Wimberley (Conference 4A-DII Girls MVP), Jared Contreras from Bridgeport (Conference 4A-DII Boys MVP), Alondra Sanchez from Comal Smithson Valley (Conference 5A-DI Girls MVP), Mason Kutch from Prosper Walnut Grove (Conference 5A-DI Boys MVP), Harper Montgomery from Montgomery Lake Creek (Conference 5A-DII Girls MVP), Nolan Masker from Comal Pieper (Conference 5A-DII Boys MVP), Aidan Hernandez from Round Rock (Conference 6A-DI Girls MVP), Noah Ballard from Klein Cain (Conference 6A-DI Boys MVP), Tyler Weaver from Humble Kingwood (Conference 6A-DII Girls MVP) and Salem Sharif from The Woodlands College Park (Conference 6A-DII Boys MVP).
Each conference’s all-tournament team includes players at various grade levels and positions, highlighting the depth of talent present in Texas high school soccer programs. The selections aim to showcase not only individual excellence but also contributions to team success throughout the state tournament.
