The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has placed Rodolfo Martinez Jr. on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list. Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest, ensuring the anonymity of all tips.

Martinez, aged 42 from Lorenzo, Crosby County, has been sought by Harris County authorities since November 2024 for indecency with a child by sexual contact. Furthermore, in March 2025, Crosby County issued a warrant for his arrest due to non-compliance with sex offender registration requirements.

Martinez was convicted in 2008 for the burglary of a habitation with intent to sexually violate a 15-year-old girl, resulting in a 15-year prison sentence in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, Martinez has tattoos on several parts of his body, including his face, chest, abdomen, right arm, and right hand.

The Governor’s Public Safety Office funds the Texas Crime Stoppers rewards program, which incentivizes information leading to the arrest of individuals on the Texas 10 Most Wanted lists. In 2025, the DPS and other agencies have apprehended 19 wanted individuals, including sex offenders and criminal illegal immigrants, paying out $22,000 in rewards for the tips that contributed to these arrests.

Eligible tipsters can provide anonymous information through several methods and receive a tip number in lieu of using their name.
