Senator Ted Cruz, who represents Texas in the U.S. Senate, shared updates on his recent activities and recognitions through a series of posts on April 1, 2026.

Cruz serves on several committees in the U.S. Senate and is known for championing constitutional liberties such as Second Amendment rights and religious freedom. In addition to his legislative work, Cruz previously served as solicitor general of Texas and clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court. He has argued nine cases before the Supreme Court in that capacity.
