Rep. Roger Williams, representing Texas’ 25th district, used social media to highlight achievements and raise awareness on significant community issues. Williams has held his congressional seat since 2013, succeeding Lloyd Doggett, and resides in Weatherford, Texas. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Williams was born in Evanston, Illinois, in 1949.
