The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has placed Martin Deanda, a child predator from North Texas, on the state’s 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List. The agency announced that Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest. It emphasized that all tips would remain anonymous.

Martin Deanda, aged 43 and from Dallas, has been sought by authorities in Dallas County since January 2025 for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. He was convicted in Anderson County in January 2023 for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

In addition to this conviction, Deanda’s criminal record includes convictions in 2012 for three counts of aggravated robbery, resulting in concurrent sentences of ten years each. His history also involves charges such as indecency with a child by sexual contact, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, battery causing bodily injury, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and evading arrest or detention.

Deanda is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest and arms and may wear glasses. He is known to have connections in Anderson County, particularly in the city of Palestine.

Texas Crime Stoppers operates with funding from the Governor’s Public Safety Office and provides cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of individuals on Texas’ Most Wanted lists. So far this year, DPS reports that they have arrested 35 individuals from these lists—including 12 sex offenders—paying out $25,000 in rewards for tips leading to arrests.

To qualify for cash rewards, informants must submit their tips through one of three specified methods. The anonymity of tipsters is maintained across all submission channels by assigning them a tip number instead of using their names.
