Bruce Oakley was reappointed to the Board of Pilot Commissioners for Harris County Ports with a term expiring February 1, 2028. Robert L. Lozano will continue as presiding officer of the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), which manages transportation projects in its region. Gary Halbrooks was also reappointed as presiding officer of the North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), overseeing transportation initiatives in fourteen counties through February 1, 2028.
