On Saturday, May 17, former James Bowie High School standout Anya German’s current collegiate team the Texas Tech Lady Raiders won 10-1 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the tournament.

The Texas Tech Lady Raiders’ next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 2 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field.
