Texas Beach Volleyball players Anna Pavelkova and Kacka Pavelkova were named to the 2026 NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team, the NCAA announced on May 4.

The recognition highlights the pair’s performance during the championship tournament. As Texas’ No. 2 pair, Anna and Kacka Pavelkova achieved two wins in the competition, including victories over Georgia State and UCLA.

During their matches, they defeated No. 15 seed Georgia State with scores of 21-13 and 21-17, then overcame No. 3 seed UCLA in three sets: 21-15, 17-21, and 15-9. The duo ended their freshman season with a record of seventeen wins and ten losses on Court Two.

Their efforts also contributed significantly to Texas’ Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Championship run this season. Both athletes were previously named to the MPSF All-Freshman Team; additionally, Anna Pavelkova earned a spot on the All-MPSF First Team while Kacka Pavelkova was selected for the Second Team.

Looking ahead, their achievements as freshmen suggest continued contributions to Texas Beach Volleyball in future seasons.
